Yes, we do!  Almost any merchandise can be branded in some form, so even if you can’t see what you are looking for here that doesn’t mean it isn’t possible.  Many of our orders are bespoke products sourced to individual customer requirements so please do contact us to discuss how we can help.  The website and catalogue are just here to provide inspiration.

Yes.  Before your order proceeds to production you will receive a PDF proof for approval.  This will show the positioning of your logo onto the product and allows you to check layout, colours, accuracy of details such as any telephone numbers, websites etc.

Standard lead times vary but are usually around 2-3 weeks from artwork approval, although depending on stock and where the products are coming from this could be significantly longer.  Many (but not all) products can be put on an Express service.  This usually incurs an Express Order Surcharge. Please let us know as soon as possible what your requirements are and the deadline date and we will do all we can to help!  Obviously it is always best to allow as much time as possible as the more time you have the better your choice of options.

Artwork is best provided in a vectored EPS or PDF (high resolution) format with Pantone colours.  If you don’t have these files or need help with artwork please ask.  We can get your logo recreated as print-ready artwork at cost.

Yes. We can advise you on options and send you visuals showing different layout possibilities. Just ask!

Yes, we can usually supply unbranded samples, subject to stock availability.  There may be a charge for these, depending on the product.  Please ask if you would like to order a sample.

It is possible to order a pre-production sample of some products, however there is a cost involved for this service. The price for this will vary depending on the branding method and product. We are very happy to discuss this with you, if required.

No, prices are quoted excluding.  VAT is added at the relevant rate on the date of invoice.

Origination is the process of making printing plates/ screens/ pads/ embroidery discs / blocks / dies, and setting up the machines to brand your chosen products.  There is usually one origination charge per colour / per print.  For clothing, if a flashcure is required (where a base print is applied first to stop a light print colour seeping into a dark coloured garment) there will be two originations per print colour.  Origination charges vary depending on the product and branding method being used.

This is delivery of your order to one UK mainland address unless otherwise specified. On certain product specifications this will be included. If you require delivery to split addresses or to an international destination please ask and we will advise the costs.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies significantly between products.  Some items have no MOQ, some items may have MOQs of 50/100/250.  The website does give MOQs but if you are looking for a smaller quantity just ask us – we may be able to help, or offer an alternative with a lower MOQ.

If you have an account with us our payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.  On all first orders, we ask for payment by Pro-Forma invoice.
